Designed to be both stunning and delicious, our tables offer a fun, interactive way for guests to enjoy beautifully curated appetizers. Each table is thoughtfully styled with a balance of colors, textures, and flavors — sure to leave a lasting impression.

what’s included

Every grazing table is uniquely designed and may include:

• Fresh seasonal fruit

• Crisp vegetables

• Artisan breads and crackers

• Gourmet jams and local honey

• Italian dry salami, Genoa salami, and prosciutto

• Hand-selected artisan cheeses

• Dips and spreads

• Nuts and dried fruit

• And more!

Each table will vary based on size, season, and product availability.
Optional Add-On: Sandwich platters can be added upon request.

Please note: If your grazing table will serve as a full meal rather than a light appetizer, please let us know so we can price your package accordingly.​​​​​​​​​

policies

• Table setup is included in all grazing table packages.

• The table itself is not included.

• Cleanup is not included.

• All props, risers, and serving items must be returned within 4 days of your event.

• Optional extra greenery available for $30.

• Plates, utensils, and napkins are not provided, but disposable bamboo tongs are included.

allergies & dietary restrictions

• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to booking.

• While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens due to potential cross-contamination in handling.

booking & payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your event, prior to setup.

• Dates are not held without a deposit.

cancellations & refunds

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your event may be eligible to apply your deposit toward a future booking.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

• No refunds will be issued once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun.

delivery & setup

• A travel fee may apply depending on location.

• Setup typically takes 1–2 hours depending on table size and layout.

• Please ensure a clean, shaded, and stable surface is available for setup.

food safety

• Grazing tables are designed to be enjoyed within 2–3 hours of setup for optimal freshness and food safety.

• Once setup is complete, food safety becomes the responsibility of the client.

• CharcuTORRIE Boards is not responsible for food left unrefrigerated after setup.

• A fee will be charged for any damaged, missing, or broken props, boards, or serving supplies.
